I forgot my password. How can I retrieve it?

You can retrieve your password by going to the LOGIN or MY ACCOUNT section of delilah.ca and entering your email through the “forgot your password” link. You will receive an email with your username and password, which will allow you to log into your account and reset your password.

How are the products shipped?

At Delilah.ca we understand the disappointment that may arise when receiving a product that is damaged due to shipping. For that reason all our products are shipped out in branded Delilah.ca boxes and protective wrapping. Fashion accessories are delicate products and we do not want to incur the hassle of having to return an item because it was mishandled or not well protected. We, the team at Delilah.ca take much pride in our company and products and want your shopping experience to be as pleasant as possible.

How can I track my order?

Log into MY ACCOUNT to view your order history, or use the order number that you received through your confirmation email at the time of your purchase. You will be prompted to enter this tracking number in the TRACK YOUR ORDER section, which will allow you to retrieve the status of your order. If, at any time, you are experiencing difficulties tracking your order, email us at info@delilah.ca, and one of our representatives will gladly assist you.

Can I place an International Order?

All orders made outside Canada and the United States are charged shipping and the approximate arrival time is 5-12 business days. Certain exceptions may apply.

Please email us at info@delilah.ca for further information concerning international shipping fees and one of our representatives will answer you within 24 hours.

How can I apply my tax-exempt status when placing an order?

If you have tax-exempt status, please contact one of our sales representatives at info@delilah.ca, and we will assist you in making your purchase.

What types of payment do you accept?

Any of the following methods of payment are accepted at delilah.ca:

We do not accept cheques, cash, credit vouchers or international credit cards.

I lost my return waybill. Can I get a replacement?

In the event that you lose your return waybill, please contact us at 1.888.713.5091 or send us an email at info@delilah.ca with your name, tracking number and billing address, and we will provide you with a replacement pre-paid return waybill.

How can I exchange my order?

Please remember that there are no refunds and no exchanges on earrings, sets, piercings, body jewelry, and cosmetics for hygenic reasons. Certain exceptions may apply.

In the event that you wish to exchange your purchase, we will be billing your credit card for the new merchandise and refunding your credit card for the returned item as soon as it has been received and thoroughly inspected. Please refer to our Returns & Exchages process for more information on the exchange procedure.

Receiving your RMA

In the event that you are unsatisfied with your purchase and wish get a refund, please send us an e-mail at info@delilah.ca within 15 days upon receiving your item. In your email you must indicate the following:

  • Your name;
  • Your billing address;
  • Your order number; and,
  • The reason you wish to return your item.

Finding your order number

We cannot process a refund without the order number. To get your order number, you can either log into your account and select your order history or you can refer to the email confirmation that was sent to you when you purchased your item. If for any reason you are having difficulties, please contact us at 1.888.713.5091 or email us at info@delilah.ca, and one of our representatives will gladly assist you.

Once we have received your information and authorized the refund we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) which will then allow you to return the merchandise.

Please note that once approved, your RMA is only valid for a period of 3 business days.

Returning your purchase

Now that you have received your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA), you can send back your item using a secure carrier that provides a tracking number.

In order to process your refund you must return the item in its original packaging with the sales receipt.

What are the shipping delays once my order has been placed?

We make sure that all our shipping orders are processed within 24 hours of your purchase. However, orders made on the weekends and on holidays shall be processed on the following business day.

I did not receive my order by the estimated delivery date. What do I do?

If you do not receive your order in the estimated shipping time, contact us immediately at 1.888.713.5091 or email us at info@delilah.ca, and one of our representatives will gladly assist you.

Will delilah.ca charge sales tax on my order?

Any purchase made within Canada will be charged local sales tax, unless a valid BN number has been associated with your account. For all purchases made outside of Canada, there will be no sales tax charged.

Please note that we are not responsbile for custom fees or international transaction fees.

Do you ship to PO Boxes?

delilah.ca does not ship to PO boxes. For further information, contact us at 1.888.713.5091.

Something that I have purchased is now on sale. Can I receive a price adjustment?

Unfortunately, delilah.ca currently does not allow price adjustments due to merchandise availability issues.

Are your products nickel free?

At Delilah.ca, we stress the importance of nickel free jewelry. Jewelry that contains nickel can cause allergic reactions to certain people. According to regulations, items labeled nickel free may contain no more than 0.05% nickel.

We make sure to offer high quality hypoallergenic jewelry to ensure our customer’s satisfaction, and so, we will clearly indicate which of our accessories are nickel free and hypoallergenic.
